Wish I could give a 5 star review like so many others.They handled our furniture and boxes with care, but there were a few other details missed.We paid extra for a plastic mattress protector, and because the plastic didn't close on one side, our mattress got a huge black streak on the end (must have leaned up against something).When my dogs were dropped off to see their new home, I let them outside in the yard and one of them figured out that the gate was open and escaped. The movers didn't remove the elastic they used to keep the gate open when moving patio furniture...3.5 star experience, rounding up to 4 stars.

Kostyu came with another truck (due to extra items) to help and they completed the move efficiently. Respected the house and no damages from moving the large pieces of furniture. 1.This company charged high than other company but this company has longest truck which is great for family having large amount stuff for moving. 2. team are positive and they are happy; 3. I found they need more professional: I asked them to dissassemble the 4 bed frame but they didn't label so wasted time for them to figure out the right frame for the right bed set; 5. driver counted for one mover and he rested few hours which client still needs pay for it. it is not fair for the customer as I think.otherwise I am happy with this company

I haven't wanted to write a review as much as this one, I recommend Eager Beaver 100%!!I had the pleasure of John, Kaleb and Jasper come and move me, I have moved a lot and was never treated with such courtesy and efficiency - it made what should have been the most stressful day turn into an enjoyable experience.A special shout out to John for his calm demeanour helping keep me from having a complete meltdown!!They were like a well oiled machine making sure my belongings were carefully dismantled and not leaving until they were all put back together again staying conscious of the time - with John taking the time to make sure Batman (my cat) was ok adjusting so she could come out of her enclosure helping relieve her anxieties.Their price was more than fair especially with the quality of the job - WELL DONE!!!! From the first call to the end of your move you will feel 100% supported!!I hope to see you all next week again for the second part of my move:)

We did an in-house move because we are no longer as able-bodied as we used to be! Kostya and Dima arrived on time and did everything asked of them cheerfully and willingly. This has been the best move I've had to date. My experience with Eager Beaver was straightforward and easy right from requesting a quote, to signing off with the movers after they completed the unloading. The Eager Beaver crew was incredible. Watching how efficiently and fast they worked from start to finish was very very impressive. They disassembled and reassembled furniture faster than I thought possible, and they didn’t slow down even 8 hours into a non stop moving day. I booked Eager Beaver and my movers were Kostya and Dima and they were great! They arrived in the time window, put down runners on the floors and the stairs in both places so no clean up needed, they had packing blankets and even some tools as I didn't realize the legs needed to come off the couch. They were really fast, started loading at 10:15am and had everything unloaded in the new place before noon. They also asked me where everything went so I didn't have to move anything between floors after they left. Also, I have a dog and they were very patient and considerate in letting me move the dog through the process. Hoping I don't have to move in the near future but if I do, I would book this company again.

My move with Eager Beaver Moving and Storage went so incredibly smooth and quick - like in record time (just 3 hours!) they loaded, and unloaded all my life’s belongings into my new condo. And were absolutely professional right from my first email, which was responded to the same day by Aaron Houghtling, right through to the quick and painless payment in the last moments before they departd - they communicated very clearly every step of the way with me. The 3 person moving team that showed up exactly on time were so respectful of my things, very polite, and so we’ll organized and efficient it was a pleasure to watch their precision work in action - an assembly-line coordination that seemed like these guys had been a team for many years working to each other’s strengths. The condo building’s management took me aside after the move to express their appreciation for having hired what they called the most professional movers they had ever seen (and they assured me they have seen almost every one operating in Edmonton!), and said the moving team was so courteous, knew exactly how to operate everything they needed to access in the building, communicated so politely to the seniors in the residence that were in the common areas they passed by, and she said she’s literally never seen anything like this moving team - they are the utmost professionals and I totally agree - they were a real pleasure to work with from start to finish. I’d recommend Eager Beaver Moving and Storage to anyone and everyone!

The entire process with EB was very professional. They provided an estimate based on the items we needed moved. When done they were very close to it. They had to disassemble several pieces and reassembled them at the home. They were mindful of the walls an ceiling. No additional damage was done to either homes and all of our items were transferred with care. Very hard working men with no chit chat. Overall they were a fantastic crew. Chris the lead guy was very personable and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends or use them again.

This was a great experience - and moving is never a great experience.I moved from one condo to another and the team (Kostya, Dima, Roman, and Gage) was super. They were efficient and patient with a couple of hiccups. I appreciated their care and attention to detail; I also appreciated that the estimate was pretty close to what was billed. I would 10/10 recommend Eager Beaver to others.

Keegen, Faron and Jarvis did a great job moving. They beat the minimum estimate time by 2 hours and treated everything with care. I brought up some minor damage to my house that they had caused and it was resolved promptly and fairly.

Moving is very stressful but Jason, Dion and Edward definitely eased the stress with their speedy service and professional manner. Would recommend Eager Beaver Moving to anyone for sure.

We had a big move with 2 kids under 2, and a dog and the boys from Eager Beaver came in and crushed it. Professional, hard working, clearly experienced and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family in the future.

Jason, Drake, and Tyrese were courteous and professional. They arrived as per the schedule, and I was happy with how they managed and moved all items, from wrapping with care and attention to helping put together a headboard! Extremely pleased with the Eager Beaver Moving team...! The team relocated our household goods on August 22, 2023 from a small town in Alberta to Edmonton.The team (Keegan, Ricky, and Faron) were incredibly efficient, hard working, professional and friendly. They were on-time for both packing up our home and delivering our goods to our new home, and got to work right away.Everything is intact and in great condition, including my large and delicate silk plants.For the price, I can't imagine a better way to have moved....! Amazing work. Thank you.I also appreciated the virtual tour, which gave us comfort in the cost estimate.A huge thank you to Keegan, Ricky, Faron and the administrative team at Eager Beaver for making what is normally a very stressful process, so very smooth!
