Moving Damage Claims
We do our very best to protect your belongings and property during every move. If something is damaged or goes missing, our claims process is designed to be straightforward.
Property Damage
For damage to your home or building (walls, floors, doors, etc.), please complete the Dwelling Damage Claim Form and include photos.
Furniture & Item Damage
For damage to furniture or personal belongings, please complete the Furniture & Item Damage Claim Form with photos of the item.
Missing Items
If something is missing, please complete the Missing Item Claim Form and provide as much detail as possible.
What Happens Next
- Our Claims Team will review your form.
- We’ll follow up with the moving crew.
- We’ll contact you with updates.
Claims should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
