Property Damage Protection Fee
The Property Damage Protection covers the cost to repair up to $500 for damages to your dwelling sustained during the delivery of our services, unless the damage is a result of Difficult Access Exceptions.
Eager Beaver Moving Inc. reserves the right to contract professional trades for repairs when necessary. However, as these services depend on subcontractor availability, we cannot guarantee immediate scheduling. In most cases, we recommend that customers arrange their own trades to provide quotes and complete the repairs. Reimbursement will be issued once repair documentation is provided.

We endeavour to address claims as quickly as possible. To ensure a fair and thorough investigation, all damage claims must be reported within 48 hours from the date of delivery at the destination or within a reasonable time frame, as outlined in your contract.
