Do boxes need lids?

The boxes do not have to have lids. However, the more open top boxes, the longer the job as we will not be able to be as efficient if the boxes cannot be stacked on top of one another. Not being prepared for the movers when we arrive is the number one cause of jobs taking longer than anticipated and resulting in higher than expected moving costs.

I am impressed with the crew that moved us today, Chris, Eric and Alan. They arrived at the allotted time and worked tirelessly until they unloaded the last box, without taking a break. They made quick work of my 3bd townhouse and completed the job in the time that was estimated.I asked everyone I know (and searched the internet) for Edmonton mover recommendations. Eager Beaver Moving and Storage was the #1 recommendation. Since friends and family spoke highly of their service, I made the decision to go with them. I usually rent a truck and move myself, but this time I decided to enlist the assistance of professionals.From the time I requested/received the emailed quote to the time the doors closed on the truck at the end of the move I received nothing but quality customer service. Aaron explained the estimate and quote then answered all my questions via phone and email. I also requested a free in-home estimate just to ensure everything was clear. He got back to me in a timely manner and I felt like my move was a priority.I scheduled my move-out on one day and my move-in on another. They provided me with options for storage in between which was a much needed (and appreciated) accommodation.The movers (3 crew team/1 truck) made this the easiest move I have EVER experienced (and I have moved MANY times)!! I used Eager Beaver for the second time and I was not disappointed. There was ample communication before moving day to ensure I was prepared. The crew showed up early, and although they were short-handed, still did the job within the estimated time. Everything arrived safely, and the movers were very careful and skilled at navigating angles and dealing with heavy antique furniture. The crew were friendly and made the move a breeze. If I was to move again, Eager Beaver would be my choice of mover.

I used Eager Beaver Moving Company to move from Edmonton to Winnipeg. The service was excellent. It only took 1 week for the movers to deliver all my stuff from Edmonton to Winnipeg. Nothing was broken or damaged. Movers were punctual, helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend their service!

Fantastic from beginning to end. Communication was great and Eager Beaver replied quickly to our emails. Our movers were fantastic: Kostya, Dina, and Roman. On time, friendly, polite and efficient. They made sure we were happy with where every box went in our new place, and it was great. They were fast and worked very hard. Would highly recommend Eager Beaver and heard a friend hired them and loved them too. It’s great when businesses knock it out of the park like this!
