When the right timeframe arrived, I called and talked to Riley again. He was able to find a time that worked for me and walked me through the process. Instead of just putting down a deposit I opted to pay the whole amount via eTransfer - receiving, signing, and paying the estimate/invoice was easy.
On the day the loveseat was to be moved, I received reminders including a message that the movers would be arriving in 23 minutes - that was very accurate and very appreciated as it gave me a timeline in which to finish preparations.
Andrew and Austin (the appropriately nick-named "A-Team" ) arrived punctually and impressed me with their affable, polite, and professional manner. They were very efficient with disassembling, wrapping, and removing the loveseat from Mom's condo. On arrival at my own place, they easily got the loveseat to its new spot and reassembled it - it worked perfectly!
Not only were they efficient with their time, they showed great care and respect for all the spaces through which they moved, removing footwear as needed or laying mats or communicating every movement effectively with each other. It was a pleasure to watch such teamwork in action and a relief to not have to do this work myself.
I very much appreciate how Eager Beaver's team helped me with this move. We definitely will use their services again.
One of the most incredible parts of the move was how they managed to get my large safe down into the basement. The staircase design alone would have stopped most movers in their tracks, but not this team. They approached the challenge with confidence and skill, and somehow made what seemed impossible look easy, all without causing any damage along the way.

Partway through the move they even called in an extra helper, and Jackson joined the fantastic crew of Brandon, Thor, and James. The whole team worked incredibly hard all day long. It was a very long day, but not once did anyone get grumpy or slow down. They stayed positive, friendly, and professional the entire time.
These guys were not only hardworking but also very personable and kind, which made the whole experience much less stressful.

Burly Boyz did not show up but Eager Beaver did!
Burly Boyz took my deposit and accepted my move on February 14th 2020. As I waited for them to arrive I got a call that they did not have available drivers! I was shocked. Everything was packed and I paid my deposit well in advance. BTW I still have not got the deposit back. These Burly Boyz are not to be trusted.

The whole team was efficient and knew exactly how to make the most of our time. Even when a significant hurdle stopped the move, Keegen and his team had a solution ready for me. They worked a long day and there was not one complaint from any of the team. They worked as hard at the end of the day as they did at the moment they showed up.
